What It Means for a Supplier to Be Listed on this Page

1. I have investigated the issue of whether the meat is completely grassfed and grass finished. I am satisfied that the meat truly is grassfed and grass finished. If the meat is pork, it means that I am satisfied that the pork is pastured, naturally raised, and not fed soy.
2. I have cooked and eaten meat from this supplier at least 5 times, in some cases, dozens of times or more.
3. I consider the taste and texture of the meat to be outstanding. The meat has to be better than good to get on this list.
4. The meat works well with my recipes, and I have tested this.
5. I consider the supplier of the meat to be easy to deal with, fair, and good at resolving problems that arise.
6. I consider using this supplier when I purchase grassfed meat or pastured pork for myself and my family.
